2020 Annual Meeting Canceled
Due to current COVID restrictions, the 2020 Annual meeting has been canceled. After already being postponed once, and with no end in sight, your OLIC Board has decided to cancel any further attempts to host a 2020 meeting.
The next meeting will hopefully be held in June of 2021. Current board members with terms expiring this year have been approved to stay on, per our bylaws, until the next meeting when elections can be held.
We encourage you to consider running for or submitting nominations for future board positions.
Upcoming Ski Park Road East repair work
Pierce County will soon begin initial paving work on a 4,100 section of Ski Park Road East. Work to reshape ditches and road shoulders is currently underway.
The work area starts about 1.64 miles north of the road’s intersection with State Route 161. A map of the work area is available at www.piercecountywa.gov/skiparkslide.
The paving work is in preparation for Fall 2020 repair work related to a Spring 2017 landslide.
You can sign up for email updates and learn more about the work at www.piercecountywa.gov/skiparkslide.
